Appointment booking app: terms of use

1. Purpose. "Marc M · Rendez-vous" is a service provided by Marc Muller (sole proprietor) to clients whose website he builds or manages. It connects the client's calendar to their website's booking page.
2. Access. The service is reserved for Marc M clients. The client connects their own calendar, or authorizes Marc M to do it on their behalf through a one-time connection link.
3. Client commitments. Only connect a calendar you are entitled to use. Keep your availability up to date in your dashboard. Inform your website visitors about the processing of their data (your website privacy policy covers it).
4. Availability. The service is provided with care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. If the calendar cannot be checked, appointments become "requests to confirm" instead of being wrongly confirmed.
5. Liability. Marc M is not liable for a calendar that is not kept up to date, a connection revoked by the client, or an outage of Google, Microsoft or Apple services.
6. Termination. The client may disconnect their calendar at any time; tokens are then deleted. When the website contract ends, the connection is deleted.
